This online skills-building workshop is designed for teachers in general practice/family medicine who had to adapt to a great number of technological challenges since the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic. The goals are to discuss and share online teaching experiences with other European trainers and to define the role of online teaching after the pandemic. We will discuss a new concept in designing blended training sessions in the future so that we as trainers continue to prepare competent doctors in GP/FM from student to CME and faculty development levels.
